That means, it is quite simple to hang your Canvas print without any wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for any kind of wall.

The poster print is ideally suited for placing your fine art print with the help of a customized frame. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster we add a white margin between 2-6cm around the artwork to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.

The procession, consisting of monks and armed from the Saint-Jean-en-Greve, crosses the square after passing under the arcade Saint-Jean, pavilion south of the City Hall. On the right we see the strike, the Ile de la Cité and Île aux Cows (future Ile Saint-Louis). The City Hall is still unfinished.
The "League" is the name given during the religious wars in a party that was given the task of defending the Catholic faith against Protestantism. After the death of Henry III (1 August 1589), the "League" vigorously opposed the arrival of the heir to the throne, Henry IV, Prince Protestant. Many spectacular events combining monks, soldiers and children took place in Paris between 1590 and 1593. Only the conversion of Henry IV to Catholicism in 1593, was able to appease the spirits. There are many painting, attributed to François II Bunel, showing the League on the island of the City (see the museum Carnavalet P622 and p2538). The representation of the event on the Greve is one hand. Besides the historical interest of the table, it must report its topographical interest: it shows us the state of the construction of the City Hall in the late 16th century and the appearance of the city and the future Ile Saint-Louis.
