The Gastein Valley I was made by Anton Romako. The beyond 140 year old original had the following size: 49 x 66 cm - frame dimensions: 72 x 88 x 8 cm. Oil on canvas was used by the European painter as the technique for the artwork. The original painting has the following text as inscrption: signed lower left: A. Romako / Gastein. Anton Romako was a painter, whose style was mainly Historicism. The Historicist artist lived for a total of 57 years and was born in the year 1832 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria and passed away in 1889 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria.
